The program manager for GE9x, LEAP GE and PP20 will be responsible for delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction through management of programs related activities and resources.
In this role you will be inside of AvioAero's OTR organization, at direct report to the Senior Program Manager, leading cross functional teams (Fulfillment, Finance, Sourcing, Planning and Commercials departments) and will be the first Customer's interface.
Job Description Essential Responsibilities Responsible for the execution of the assigned programs, maximizing benefits and opportunitiesDefine, update and monitor budget, business plan, etc, program KPI (Car4x, OTR inventory, etc)Lead AvioAero Hoshin Kanri for GE9x program and support cost out activities on other programs to reach assigned targetsSupport GEA operating rhythmsFoster the adoption of the LEAN and problem solving approach, leveraging FLIGH DECK, to manage processes and activities for the assigned programsPerform regular risk assessments and implement the relevant mitigation activitiesSet and develop a long-lasting relationship with the GEA product lines interfaces, improving satisfaction on current programs and identifying all opportunities on new initiativesLead the Program Control Board preparationSupport the preparation of the internal reporting to Senior LeadershipDelegated for approval, signature and archiving of the documentation sent to the Customer (PO acceptance, official letters, etc.
