The Digital Function acts as incubator and business partner to build the vision, identify unmet needs and deliver digital programs that challenge the status-quo and advance health care delivery.
The role of Program Manager Digital Health is pivotal in advancing the company's digital health initiatives by strategically identifying needs, managing programs, leading projects, and fostering key relationships.
You will embark on an exciting journey with us as part of the founding team of the Global Digital Health function and will play a key role in enabling its incubation and growth.Main ResponsibilitiesIdentification of key opportunities for unmet needs in digital health via interaction with internal subject matter experts both at the Global and Country level, with an emphasis on identifying transversal opportunities across multiple diseases/business unitsProgram management- building, overseeing and owning a "strategic roadmap" of possible individual initiatives across the company to address those needs- integrating Globally-led programs, as well as oversight of country-level programs Leadership of global digital health projects, including developing strategic rationale & business cases, identification of potential partners, involvement in deal execution and post-deal project/program management Cultivate close relationships with Global and Country level stakeholders to build the above roadmap, execute and handover initiatives to core business at maturityCultivate strong network of external relationships in health tech- among startups, investors and thought leaders Involvement in public facing activities, including conferences, podcast interviews and press articles to improve Chiesi's external visibility in health techExperience RequiredAt least 5 years of work experience in strategic analyses and execution of white space work is critical.Background in strategy consulting, business development (buy side or sell side), health tech product/program management or venture capital will be considered a plus.Knowledge of pharma and experience working within pharma companies (or in a pharma client facing company) is highly desirable.Prior experience in digital health initiatives is highly desirable.Experience in managing complex external & internal collaborations is a plus.SkillsEntrapreneur mentalityAbility to influence without authorityFast learner and self starterNetwork/relationship-driven individualStrategic thinker and vision orientedEducationAdvanced degree in healthcare and/or business (MBA, PhD, MD, PharmD) or equivalent combinaton of experience and educationLanguagesFluent EnglishWhat we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
