Cellply is a leading life science tools company focused on developing innovative solutions for cellular analysis in the field of immunotherapy and cell therapy. We are seeking a dynamic and talented Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the commercialization of our cutting-edge products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather feedback from customers and provide input to the product development team for product improvement and enhancement
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents under the Manager supervision
- Support the product team in planning and prioritization of activities related to product development
- Develop and maintain product catalogues, including reagents and consumables
- Work with product team on the supply chain of reagents, consumables and packages, collaborate on the establishment of supply agreements
- Work with the marketing and product teams to produce marketing collaterals and resources, such as product brochures, catalogues, technical notes
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers and potential customers
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical product support and assistance to customers, including troubleshooting and training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and market trends in the field of immunotherapy and cell therapy
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science discipline (e.g., biology, biochemistry, immunology)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or product support role within the life science industry
- Knowledge of flow cytometry or cell-based analytical tools
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations and providing customer training is a plus
- Knowledge of immunotherapy and cell therapy techniques and technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
