This position reports to Portfolio Manager.
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the definition, implementation, and delivery of an extensive portfolio of development opportunities for the product management community, overseeing the complete life cycle of the courses in the portfolio and all related front- and back-office activities.
You will support the implementation of initiatives and projects, at Business Area, Division, and Product Group level, to improve Product Management function capabilities and processes, focusing on increasing customer value, market shares, profitability, and cash efficiency to support business growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:Contributing to the deployment and execution of Division/Product Group wide initiatives and projects, under the guidance of the Program Lead, for improving/changing Product Management capabilities, processes, effectiveness, efficiency, and speed aimed at increasing customer value, revenues, market shares, profitability, and cash efficiency.Maintaining and updating the Product Management competence framework following directions from the Program Lead.Supporting the execution of PMMA (Product Management Maturity Assessment) and FCA (Functional Competences Assessment), collecting and organizing results, creating reports.Monitoring product management forums, schools, thought leaders, gathering information on new trends, tools, and educational opportunities, creating periodic briefings, and supporting the program lead to adopt and implement relevant changes.Supporting the relevant data gathering and distribution for the product management KPI valuation, creating and populating dashboards. Supporting the program lead in the management of global projects cross Business Area/Division/Product Group and cross-functional, for definition, development, and adoption of processes/tools aimed to support and improve Product Management operations.Supporting sharing of best practices by creating training packages from the available documentation.Supporting the definition, implementation, and content creation of the competence development library.Maintaining the structured training program for different Product Management roles, supporting Product Management Managers in respective teams' capabilities, skills, and competences development and improvement.
