HiRevo Engineering is a business unit of Gi Group, dedicated to meeting the increasing need for specialised technical profiles in a labour market that is quickly and constantly evolving.Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.As Product Solution Manager, you will join the Department of Plastic Recycling Solution Management in the business line ROIS, conducting the following activities:Product/ Solution definition: Contribute to the definition and development of a portfolio of replicable, modular and scalable technology solutions for plastic waste chemical recycling.Industrialized Sustainable Solutions: Contribute to identify and develop the most effective solutions including technology, engineering, procurement and construction strategies which make the Product ready for delivery.
Ensure that products developed by Saipem are sustainable, energy efficient with a reduced carbon footprint.Projects Execution: Take part in the execution of the Industrialized Solution projects to deliver plastic chemical recycling plants.
Ensure that technology requirements are implemented in the design interfacing with the Technology Licensor if required.
Define performance guarantees to minimize associated risk level.Market trends technology development: Responsible for monitoring new developments in the industry, proposing areas of product and technology development, and monitoring approved technology development projects related to advanced/chemical plastic recycling.RD: Propose RD study topics and follow the execution of the different study streams, also taking care of the diffusion of the results.Business development: Support the commercial team for promoting, marketing and identifying business opportunities for the Saipem solutions for plastic waste advanced recycling.Proposals preparation: Support the tendering team during the project acquisition phase to select the best product configuration to offer and prepare a competitive offer.Requirements:Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of English Language B1/C1.A minimum of 5 to 10+ years of working experience in waste management/mechanical recycling companies or manufacturing companies for process modules/process plants are favorably considered.Experience in managing projects as Project Engineer or Technical Manager and as Proposal Manager in the tendering phase is well considered.
Process engineering and technology background is preferred.Passionate about new technology and innovation processes with a strong interest in energy transition and environmental sustainability for present and future generations.
Willing to work on Plastic Chemical Recycling solutions development and project execution.Willing to work in a start-up mode environment, carrying experience acquired in lean and dynamic organizations, to implement a new operational model based on Products/Solutions delivery rather than Project delivery.Location: Milano HO.
Availability to travel for short and long periods in Italy and abroad.Contract type: Permanent, salary package commensurate with the level of experience.
