For our office in Legnano (Milan) and within our BU Health & Medical, we are looking for a Product Manager for the Incontinence B2B division that will play a key role in the organization to support the success and expansion of the Incontinence business in Italy, Spain and Portugal, working closely with Global and Local functions.
She/He will report into Senior Brand Manager for IBIT.

What You Will DoBe responsible for Incontinence products and their lifecycle within the existing go-to-market strategy, managing the product launch process, monitoring performance KPIs, driving market research, and adhering to given timelines according to the strategy plan.Support the tender process by ensuring the right assortment selection, translating and updating technical documentation for tenders and managing relationships with Labs for product testing.Handle text input for packaging and artwork checks.Be responsible for product information on all communication assets.Monitor the market and develop competitive analysis across Incontinence B2B channels in Italy and Iberia, supporting and updating Marketing Activation Managers and sales force.Monitor and track product complaints.Who You AreYou have achieved a University degree in Business or Technical field (Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, etc.
