**What do we mean by Product Manager**
Facile.it is searching for a Product Manager with meaningful experience in Product Management, for one of our Business Unit.
Here in Facile.it, we believe that doing Product is a complex and challenging job, but at the same time, very satisfying.
We do believe that it can't be delegated entirely to a sole function, but rather that the process should embrace the whole company.
**1.
Shaping the product**:
- Talking to customers, understanding their needs and pain points;
- Talking to internal stakeholders, understanding what's important to them;
- Reviewing the latest data and user research, crafting new questions to answer through data and research;
- Running brainstorms to capture new ideas;
- Doing competitive analysis;
- Giving design/UX feedback;
- Developing a strategy and vision for your product;
- Writing and reviewing 1-Pagers/PRDs.

Shipping the product**:
- Helping estimate timelines and set deadlines;
- Aligning the team around timelines;
- Checking-in with team members to understand what's behind - and ahead of - schedule;
- Helping make trade-off decisions, when planning and later when behind schedule;
- Unblocking your team members by helping decisions get made, getting everyone the resources they need, and making sure each team member is clear on their priorities;
- Doing quality assurance, catching and reporting bugs;
- Coordinating a launch plan.

Synchronizing the people**:
- Aligning your team around a single set of priorities;
- Aligning your team around a clear strategy and vision;
- Aligning your team around goals and KPIs;
- Getting (and maintaining) buy-in on your priorities, strategy, and vision from external stakeholders;
- Communicating project status to your team, to external stakeholders, and to the company at large;
- Building relationships with team members and stakeholders;
- Organizing reviews, check-ins, and all-hands.
**Requisiti**:
**What we are searching for**:
- Computer Science degree or something similar/equivalent;
- A meaningful previous experience in a digital/online / product-driven company;
- someone that understands that Product is not about being a mini-CEO, but rather it is the result of a complex system working together.
**What you should be good at**:
- Main product development frameworks based on Agile and Lean principles: e.g.
: Impact Mapping, Reverse Impact Mapping, User Story Mapping, Liftoff, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
We do not need you to know all of them in depth, but you should be comfortable in some, better in others, open to learn the ones you do not know yet;
- Main Product Discovery techniques: e.g., design sprint, design thinking;
- Data management and analysis (A/B tests, GA and reports will be your bread and butter!
);
- Listening, communicating and influencing.
**What can give you a boost**:
Given that most of the sales are anyway done offline through agents' calls to leads, a past experience in a similar setup, with Back Office and CRM systems, would be considered a strong asset.

In Facile.it, we are shifting towards a Product driven culture.

We believe that clearly communicating the reasons behind every choice to all the functions of the company and educating the company about the decision-making process is an essential part of the Product Manager job.

As in most of the big companies, also in Facile.it, we need to work on both the short and the long terms in order to have a balanced portfolio of investments.
