Offer Description The project is part of PNR 21-27, research and innovation area: Health - health technologies, in particular in the priority field "Technologies for the regeneration of complex tissues in vitro and in vivo" as mentioned at p. 143 of the extended annex "Health" of the PNR.
The activity will concern the development and prototyping of bi- and tri-compartmental culture systems with laser cutting technologies.
These culture systems will be used to create in vitro models of complex barrier tissues through the use of cell cultures and co-cultures in combination with scaffolds and/or hydrogels.
The tissue models obtained will be validated using specific absorption tests.
