**Position Summary**:
Lead HAS product portfolio management in the assigned geography and implement the product line strategy to maximize sales, operation efficiencies, and gross margin, by defining product positioning and pricing in the geography. This position also has the mission to produce marketing communication contents, both internal and external. Covers the strategic and operational management of activities related to the design, analysis, and implementation of marketing communication material. In addition, manages marketing activities related to the conception, development, creation, editing, production, implementation and/or purchase of promotional communications.
**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Review portfolio composition, positioning, and timing.
- Drive SKU management throughout the product life cycle across platform.
- Manage Product Management functionality in current system/CRM tool.
- Lead product management and lifecycle analysis and execute product launch activities in the final phase.
- Define regional pricing guidelines.
- Discuss the commercial proposal for off-list prices for customer contracts.
- Collaborate in drafting the sales budget by product line and in the forecast of the margin.
- Monitor the trend of sales, prices, and margins per product line, define corrective actions.
- Define and transmits the product information to be included in external communications/advertising materials.
- Share input grabbed for new product formulations from the assigned geography.
- Ensures products are compliant to regulatory requirements and registration.
- Development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with branding.
- Serves as the primary contact with external marketing/creative agencies and freelance resources.
- Produces content for fact sheets, brochures, articles, newsletters, and other internal or external communications.
- Creates and executes monthly digital content/editorial calendars.
- Runs social media campaigns to build brand awareness and support marketing activities.
- Develops key communication points for national and regional advertising campaigns.
- Plans, budgets, and monitors advertising expenditure.
- Manages and executes public relations activities, including media relations, crisis communications, and event support.
**Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills**:
- Marketing or Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years product, sales or marketing or experience in the specialty agriculture industry
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and financial implications of new market and product opportunities
- Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in influencing without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have a strong "can do" work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality.
- Self-starter with high focus on quality, customer service and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel >40%
