The candidate
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager - Smart Boarding located in Rome, with flexibility for remote work. The Product Manager will be responsible for the realization of PMF for our product and achieving growth, overseeing the development and implementation of Smart Boarding solutions for the aviation industry. Tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, customer traction & growth, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in Product Management to realize PMF & achieve growth
Experience in consumer retail, customer experience-focused digital products
Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Understanding of UI/UX principles, passenger experience journey at the airport
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working with various stakeholders for Customer Product Success
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
