We are looking for a brilliant Product Owner to join our railway software team in Rome, with a permanent contract at Siemens Mobility SpA.

Your ChallengeAs a Product Owner, your mission will be to manage the development of the Algorithm team's products by refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and team capabilities.
Your main activities will be to:
Update and prioritize the product backlog based on feedback, and lead sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands priorities and technical details.Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, address technical challenges, and translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Act as a bridge between development, Quality Assurance, Product Lifecycle Management and collaborators to facilitate smooth workflow and information exchange.Monitor development progress, adjust backlog priorities as needed, and work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.Facilitate retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes within the team.Your ProfileProven experience as a Product Owner or similar roles within software development, with a solid experience in Agile methodologies.Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related technical fields or equivalent, specialized industry knowledge is a plus.Technical understanding of software development lifecycle.Passion to never-stop growing.Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.Proficiency in English and Italian.Eligibility to work in Italy.Our OfferWe care about our people's well-being through services and initiatives aimed at protecting their physical, psychological, and financial health.
