The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency and profitability of our product engineering processes and workflows.
This position involves strategic analysis, solution design and implementation to drive innovation and excellence within our Product Engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate has the responsibility to ensure, within the product engineering perimeter, the agreed timings with the customers, through the initial involvement in the project of all the necessary entities, the drafting of a robust schedule and a rigorous follow-up of the activities, interfacing with the various departments and managing conflicts and priorities, to ensure perfect execution and results aligned with expectations.He/she is responsible for conducting strategic analysis of engineering processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.He/she designs and implements solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.He/she utilizes data, models, simulations, and algorithms to identify bottlenecks, waste, and risks of the product engineering team workflow/activities.He/she collaborates with stakeholders, clients, and PE teams to understand their needs and constraints, ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives.He/she monitors the performance of implemented solutions, measures outcomes against KPIs, and makes necessary adjustments based on performance data and feedback.He/she prepares and delivers reports, proposals, and presentations to document the value and impact of solutions, ensuring clear communication and buy-in from all parties.He/she fosters a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within the Product Engineering team.He/she facilitates collaboration between different departments, ensuring that solutions align with the broader organizational goals.He/she emphasizes the use of data, models, and simulations to drive decision-making and solution development, promoting a culture of evidence-based practices.He/she ensures that product engineering practice/procedure adheres to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.ProfileMaster's degree in electronics, management engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in statistics, data analysis tools, GANTT, and Microsoft Office suite.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
