Summary The resource, within the H&S Department, will report directly to the H&S Manager.
Responsibilities Activities aimed at perfecting the company's qualitative safety process:Machinery and plant risk assessmentAnalysis of plant electrical diagramsCE markingsChecks on welding activities at WPS/WPQR of welding operators according to ASME IX, UNI EN ISO, AWS and/or special requirementsVerification and implementation of Lock out and Tag-out procedures with related interface with the maintenance departmentSupport in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts and analysis of related variancesImprovement of cost analysis processesThe resource will also be involved in performing the following activities: Dealing with technical plant safety (Technical Plant Analysis)Support production departments in the design execution of safety systems with related training and monitoring of the execution of activitiesInterface with production personnel with related analysis and development of operating instructions and their implementationSupport the team and continuous improvement department in the analysis of documentation of industrial machinery and equipment, contributing to the development of improvement processes throughout the company's production perimeterIdentification and execution and planning on all safety-related projectsSupport and active collaboration in Safety and quality audits, integrated safety systemSupporting the team in conducting projects and events aimed at the dissemination of corporate safetyRequirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related and equivalent degree programsExcellent knowledge of the Office packageExcellent knowledge of technical drawing software (AutoCAD)Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English (minimum required level B2)Minimum 3 years experience in similar positionsASPP and/or RSPP qualification preferredPreferred Qualifications Willingness to work as part of a teamStrong results orientationStrong Problem Solving skillsSpirit of initiativeProactivityAbility to organize workSalary: RAL: 40k – 50k + Ticket Restaurant + Transport Allowance
