Posizione: We are looking for a Purchase Specialist to join Alpinestars Purchasing Department with a strong problem-solving mindset in the supplier's management.
The resource will be in charge of managing purchase orders, from emission to delivery, within Company's directives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES Communicate to suppliers the quantities and dates to meet for production, in line with logistics inputs; Manage the information flow between supplier and internal decision-taking parties, to fulfil company needs at agreed conditions. Insert this information in the system (data entry); Manage minor negotiations on specific projects or components, negotiating within guidelines and targets defined by Purchasing Manager; Monitor suppliers' estimated time of arrival, communicating priorities to suppliers according to logistics guidelines and updating information on estimated products availability in the system; Collect and check shipping documents against the related supply order, update documents information in the system and share information with Import Office for management of import documents; Reporting & Analysis. Requisiti: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Economic education; Previous experience in a similar role; Good MS Office Knowledge; Very good knowledge of English; Dynamic personality, proactivity and hands-on approach; Analytical and communication skills, problem solving.
