Job Description:
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with the acquisitions team to source potential properties, conduct due diligence, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company
- Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling
- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Proficient in real estate CRMs (Podio)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cold call/answer/return/follow up phone calls and respond to all leads
- Engage in real-time conversations with homeowners
- Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner using CRM
- Build rapport with potential clients and help them overcome objections
- Act as a lead contact for sellers
- Put deals under contract
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Position Requirements and Skills:
- Must be ambitious/Go-Getter who wants to serve and add value
- Must have 2 years of sales experience (with a proven track record)
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in Google Docs, Sheets, basic math
- Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and customers
