The Group's main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.We are seeking a Procurement Manager - Industry ready to join the Procurement team of our production site in Torviscosa (UD).About the RoleThe Procurement Manager - Industry will manage Procurement across the Industry Company's network, with specific focus on CapEx and OpEx on the SPIN site (Torviscosa).Main Activities and Responsibilities:Execute Procurement Strategy: Responsible to execute the procurement strategy for those spend categories related to the Company's industrial footprint (i.e.: Equipment, Spare Parts and related Services) as instructed by the Procurement Director Indirect Spend and CapEx.Negotiations: Responsible for negotiations according with the guidance/instructions received by the Procurement Director Indirect Spend and CapEx, with savings objectives in line with Procurement Function's goals.Collaborate with Technical Team: Cooperate at the earliest possible stage with local technical team to ensure a prompt selection of suppliers of goods and services to involve in a competitive bidding process, by means of the Company's eSourcing tools.Support the internal stakeholders to expedite the implementation of actions to be performed by suppliers.Requests for Quotation: Support the Procurement Director Indirect Spend and CapEx in the definition of clear Requests for Quotation to be submitted to suppliers.Propose and deliver process optimization projects in agreement with Procurement upper management.Support other Category Buyers and provides guidance to Buyers at Global and Local level to harmonize the purchasing processes across the organization, to guarantee the execution of improvement projects, the sharing of technical updates and promoting processes optimization.Ensure Consistent Application of Procedures: Ensure that Procurement procedures defining processes, roles and responsibilities are applied consistently at Local level. This includes the spend analysis for the site and any necessary action to get the suppliers duly qualified as per Global Procurement policies and procedures.Your ProfileEducation and Professional Knowledge:Degree in technical/scientific areas.High-level understanding of technical projects to define appropriate sourcing models and select suitable suppliers.Excellent command of the English and Italian language.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Good understanding of planning methodology.Additional Requirements:Valid driving license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
