The Opportunity The Procurement Function coordinates the Company's purchasing, procurement, and outsourcing processes in accordance with the regulations and procedures defined by the Worldline group.
The role also includes supporting Business Functions in contract management activities with external providers and monitoring their performance with the objective of improving the quality of services provided.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities? Supporting local teams in their service purchasing needs: understanding and demanding challenges Conducting RFP, analyzing findings and document recommended actions Communicating with suppliers and negotiating commercial terms and contracts with them Carrying out supplier portfolio analysis to identify savings, define tactical and strategic actions to be undertaken Define and measure performance indicators and communicate actions taken internally.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills also in English.

In practice this means: Master Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent) Excellent English language skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in Procurement support is a plus but not required.
