The high visibility within the organisation will allow you to learn from the ground, the use of electronic within Electrolux and will have strong interaction across all Product Development to support the definition of the component strategy for the coming years.What you'll do:As a Category Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a competitive, supportive, and high performing portfolio of suppliers to be utilized across all the product lines.
Along with product development, you will drive the strategic roadmap for achieving greater standardization and innovative technology introduction.

Help Electrolux keep shaping living for the better, and we'll help you go further than you ever thought possible.In detail, you will:Lead your category strategically with the objective to leverage, promote complexity reduction, simplification, modularization, cost performance, and innovation.Align with our product developments to define strategic roadmap.Work with the Product Lines and Business Area Category Managers to build and deploy a category strategy that aligns all Business Areas' requirements.Support and drive the implementation of innovative digital tools for accelerating data management and consolidation.Enforce, where applicable, Long-Term Agreements (LTA).Elaborate and deliver your procurement strategy with a 5-year vision.Who you are:Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a proven know-how in the area of Electronics is mandatory.Experience in display technology, IoT is a plus.5+ years of experience with Direct Purchasing of technical components, with international exposure.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage strategic supplier relationships, including relationship building, performance, development, and integration.Knowledge of supplier processes and cost drivers methodology.Experience in communication to Top Management.Proficient level language skills in English.
