Job Description
Within the Group P&C Retail function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The office accountabilities are to define and ensure the implementation of Group technical standards for Retail business, to monitor and challenge Group performance and BUs technical action plans and suggest corrective actions, and to provide ad hoc actuarial consulting and support, ensuring best practice sharing and facilitating capability building.
Key Responsibilities Support in implementing technical pricing and setup new monthly leakage monitoringTest new statistical tools or methodologies to update existing best practices adopted for risk modeling and monitoringParticipate actively in preparing internal technical trainings to international audiencesConnect with international colleagues and create a network of trust between Generali pricing professionals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Actuarial science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or other quantitative fieldsSolid foundation in Machine Learning and main clustering, classification and regression algorithmsCoding Skills: Knowledge of Python programming language for data analysis and analytical model developmentTechnical understanding of Property & Casualty InsuranceSolution-oriented, independent, flexible and proactive Nice to Have Experience in other functions such as claims, reserving, or ControllingFamiliarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (plus) Company Profile
