You will develop a vision for an important market on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective.
Leads business development planning processes for this market.In this role, you will be responsible for:Driving intracompany Services sales for BH Power Transmission by working with internal customers in identifying opportunities with final customers.Working with Internal Customers' Project Managers on planning end-users' equipment outages to ensure an increase in External and Internal orders and revenues.Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.Handling important business unit clients.Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance, etc.
The department is involved in medium-large sales.Handling big or challenging markets or multi-country.Fuel your passion:To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Show good experience in Commercial Excellence.Have exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adept at multitasking.Have an inclusive mindset, excelling in multicultural teams, and have the willingness to travel if required.Italian communication skills would be a plus for regular interactions with the Florence team.Desired Characteristics:Display strong oral and written communication skills.
