Postal Operations Specialist

You will serve as a POSTAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Supply Management Department at the Fleet Logistics Center, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Department of the Navy (DON), Sigonella Sicily, Italy.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Maintaining effective and efficient postal operations by providing expert technical advice of domestic and international Postal laws, regulations, policies, and directives.Operating a mail processing facility that processes mail to worldwide destinations.Conducting Postal inspections to analyze, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for a Postal mail program.Providing recommendations for the development of postal operations, budgetary regulations, and manning.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.G., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
