Job Summary As Post-Listing Advisory Associate Italy, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of listed companies.
You will work closely with equity issuers to understand their Investor Relations and ESG needs and provide tailored solutions using Euronext Advisory IR Solutions services.
This position involves assisting C-level managers, IR and ESG teams of listed companies who are looking to enhance their presence in capital markets by offering high-touch advisory, market intelligence, and decision-making analytics.
Key Accountabilities Lead Execution of Advisory Services: Manage the delivery of high-quality advisory and analytical support for clients in accordance with the standards of the Advisory IR Solutions team.
Support Business Development Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Euronext stakeholders to implement the business development strategy effectively.
Increase Local Market Awareness: Enhance market awareness for our advisory services by producing industry presentations and attending dedicated events.
Evolve Service Offerings: Participate in the evolution of service offerings by identifying client needs and fostering cross-selling opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience At least 5 years of client-facing experience in capital markets.
Deep understanding and interest in the dynamics and mechanics of capital markets.
Successful track record of performance in investor relations, equity/debt advisory, and/or ECM advisory.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.
