Plan to Plan Planner POSITION SNAPSHOT JobReq ID: 53006 Type of work: Hybrid Type of contract: Open-ended/permanent Full/Part Time: Full time Location: Vimercate (MB), IT POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB PURPOSE: Support the Strategic Customer Planning Manager in the planning activities related to main customers located in South Region countries (ADRIA countries) Demand and order management for customers (All product group) Design, develop and implement collaboration packages to share forecasts and supply plans in coordination with sales teams Exchange information and actions with Regional Planner to create elaborate demand forecast Tracking of Sales evolution in the month and implement activities needed to achieve targets Generate replenishment orders proposal for main customers Prepare monthly KPIs dashboard to follow up service level Manage E2E needs of customer Work on entire order process, placing orders, monitoring fulfilment, generating transportation planning from sources located in all EU.
Collaborate with KAM, finance and sales condition dept to support the related actions.
Daily point of contact for customer (by mail, phone, chat, calls) to inform about stock allocation and open sales orders, to identify problems to solve them proactively Manage claims and return Arrange transportation planning for opportunistic direct shipments Support sources in daily shipment creation troubleshooting Arrange direct shipment for main customers Implement a strong Continuous Improvement process with root cause analysis Contribute to initiatives for optimizing the service to customer with lean efficiencies QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: 2 or 3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, and a degree in logistics Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Good oral and written communication in Serbian/Croatian languages Good oral and written communication in English (B2 level minimum) Custom export/import operations experience Results driven Strong analytical and planning skills Proactive and problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure Team player MORE INFORMATION All applications will be reviewed.
