21849 Regional Manufacturing MED>PE/TS MED>PE/TS Regional PE&TS owns the Engineering support for the blade factories in the region.
The department covers all manufacturing activities in the region and is the firstescalation point for the frontline Technical Support employees in thefactories.
Regional PE&TS will be in the steerco supporting theimplementation of new blade models in the region.
Furthermore, the departmentwill supervise tech transfers inside the region and support tech transfers globally.
Responsibilities Lead New Product Introductions and Tech transfers of new Blades models to blades manufacturing factories.
Coordinate and collect blades manufacturing requirements and improvements.
Project management for technology transfers between factories.
Set-up blades assembly processes, process flows, assembly documentation, training plans in Coordination with local technical departments in factories.
Project coordination in the region for process and equipment improvement projects Qualifications Engineer Bachelor of Science, or Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial.
Broad understanding of composite manufacturing 5 to 10 years related experience in production engineering or combination of education and experience (Experience in blades or fiber components manufacturing industry in implementation of products, processes, and equipment).
Exposure in working in an intercultural environment.
Have good communication skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Good stakeholder management skills to maintain good relationships and report effectively on the project status at all levels of an organization, and ability to build relationships with key members of the value-stream.
Creative approach, natural ability for innovation / self-motivated, reliable and eye for detail with ability to thrive with varied tasks.
Result oriented and target focused / experience meeting deadlines with the right quality/ handling multiple tasks simultaneously with accountabilityto take ownership.
