The Parts KPI Program Manager will collaborate across departments, optimize customer satisfaction through data analysis and initiatives.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading initiatives with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions, and Supply Chain to improve customer satisfaction.
- Building quarter-end estimates and driving corrective actions for variances.
- Creating a long term tracking model, collaborating with regional teams, and holding Regions accountable for visibility and improvement.
- Leading LD initiatives to minimize CoQ (Cost of Quality) impact.
- Driving simplification and improvement initiatives for better operational performance and cost savings.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's in Information Technology, Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
- Have at least 3 years experience in Materials Management, ERP, and/or Project Implementations.
- Have exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Be proficient in project management, consulting, and cross-functional team collaboration.
