DescriptionThe Partner Business Manager (PBM) is an important member of HP Italy, responsible for driving HP business in cooperation with assigned Partners, overall product categories growth in personal business sector and profitability management.The purpose of the role is to make it easy and profitable to resell HP products and establish HP as the preferred vendor within the assigned partners, by building and maintaining excellent relationships with all levels within the partners' organization, with the objective to maximize HP share of business and sales growthThe candidate must be located in the Triveneto region, as this will be the assigned area for the role.The Partner Business Manager is responsible for the following :Channel Program deploymentAttains quarterly targets and annual quota.Driving strategic engagement with the Partners to maximize sales and share of a business.Effectively sells HP offerings by building strong relationships, and promoting HP's strengthsFacilitating conversations around the value proposition of HP hardware portfolio, and software solutions.Managing the HP business through effective account planning while driving over quota revenue performance and market share gains with resellers.Developing additional opportunities to grow the business.Introducing join business plans and managing quarterly sales activitiesImplementing and promoting the efficient use of HP sales tools within Partners.Establishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with partners focusing mainly on owners and decision makersEnsures partners are compliant with legal and SBC practicesKnowledge, Skills and Education Required:Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of HP's industry and businessExcellent sales, organizational and project management skillsStrong relationship management and influencing skillsProfessionalism, confidentiality, and judgmentStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build and sustain exceptional business relationships with executives and business ownersDemonstrated excellence in written and verbal communicationsThrives in front of audiences; able to present on complex topics and subject matter to diverse audiencesAbility to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlinesAbility to think & operate across all HP business units and organizationsUnderstanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channelKnowledge of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiativesUnderstanding of a specific set of HP's products and services.
Able to communicate the strengths of HP 's offerings and overcome objectionsUnderstanding of pipeline management basics and ability to explain benefits to partners.5 - 10 years' experience in similar positions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
