**Role Description**
The person we are looking for, will provide support within the company's financial department of the company ADAPTICA S.r.l.
The position is based in Padova (PD), Italy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Financial Director (FD) and any external consultants for analytical/industrial accounting (reconciliations and reporting);
- update of financial and treasury reporting;
- Support to the FD, Tax Advisor and other external consultants in the preparation of financial statements;
- Administrative management of financial flows (payments and collections)
- Monitoring of internet banking;
- Bank note management - reconciliation of bank and cash movements;
- Monitor supplier payment deadlines;
- Document filing activities;
- Finding and using the financial funds necessary for current activities, such as letters of credit, fin-import and advance invoices;
- Management of accounting and financial documentation (purchase / sale invoices / first note etc) to be forwarded to the external Tax Advisor;
- Management of all communications with Group Auditor, Tax Advisor and external consultant for Financial Department;
- Contribute to a smooth circulation of information inside and outside the team;
**Essential Requirements & Benefits**:
- Background: Essential BA, BS or similar level Degree Business Administration or Economy.
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role is required, within structured business realities, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of banking and financial digital platforms is welcome.
- The profile is completed by good team working skills, strong organizational skills and an analytical approach, commitment, self-motivated and fast-learner, ethical behavior and honesty, capable to communicate effectively.
- Excellent skills in Office especially Excel.
- We offer part-time employee contract permanent of CCNL Metalworker Industry 13 months.
