Organizational Improvement & Workforce Planning ManagerOur client, an important multinational group operating in the confectionery industry, is currently looking for an:
Organizational Improvement & Workforce Planning Manager Aim The resource will join the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and the Learning Manager.
This role will focus on organizational improvement, strategic workforce planning, and reward management.
Areas of responsibility: Workforce Planning: develop and implement a robust workforce planning strategy to anticipate future talent needs, optimize workforce capacity, and align resources with long-term business objectives.Organizational design and evolution: partner with function heads, HRBPs, and Learning to design, implement, and optimize organizational structures that align with strategic goals and adapt to evolving business needs.Continuous Improvement: foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase scalability, and promote organizational agility.Data-Driven Decision Making: use analytics to forecast workforce trends, identify skills gaps, and develop actionable insights to guide decision-making at all levels.Performance Metrics: establish, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals.Rewards Governance & Job Leveling.Performance Metrics Cascading for MBO: oversee the cascading of organizational goals into individual objectives.Requirements: University Degree.At least 5 years of experience within a well-structured Company or in a Consulting Firm.Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting with a focus on organizational design and workforce planning.Proficiency in managing reward processes, including MBO and salary review cycles.Workday knowledge is a plus.Familiarity with salary benchmarking and reward practices is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.Location: area of Varese (2 days per week of remote working).
