In this role, you'll lead other managers and create the operational plan that helps your teams meet their targets.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a team of Area Managers.Lead operational teams on a shift, address issues, and positively impact site performance.Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence.Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to enhance operational performance.A Day in the LifeYou'll lead shifts at one of our operational sites and serve as the key link between various teams, including finance, safety, and operations integration.
Your daily activities will involve meetings with different business areas, deep diving into performance and risk metrics for sites, and preparing for varying levels of demand.
Additionally, you will mentor and coach your team, providing leadership and support to help them become the best managers they can be.

As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success.

Basic QualificationsA bachelor's degree.Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management.Advanced proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in the local language (Spanish).Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.Experience in key areas of production and supply chains.Preferred QualificationsPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
