The role includes managing 3 direct reports (Line Leaders) and their teams, totaling approximately 70 staff members. The Lucca site's workforce is around 150 people and features a 6-line roll converting department for toilet paper, kitchen paper, and industrial rolls, alongside a product storage warehouse.
