Compensation: This is an unpaid position however, you will receive a monthly allowance of USD 200.

With the aim to positively impact the lives of women, children, and youth in Ethiopia through building the capacity of local social entrepreneurs to drive social development on a large scale and contribute to the alleviation of unemployment and poverty in Ethiopia.

During your internship you will be working directly with the finance and admin team with day to day tasks, administration, office procurement and Finance . You will have the opportunity to combine your work with projects and varying tasks such as assisting with team travel arrangements, support with maintaining up to date personal files with regards to Reach for change and government needs; Support with the donor reporting process including filling , scanning of financial documents , etc.; Support with management of online and offline filing system.

You have excellent writing, communication, and project management skills,
You are flexible in your work and enjoy being creative.
As a person, you have an entrepreneurial, problem-solving go-getter mindset.
You don't hesitate to take initiative, are proactive, as well as enjoy having many different projects to juggle at the same time.
It is a huge plus if you have experience working with social entrepreneurship.
Have great proficiency in English and Amharic – the languages we use for most of our communication.
Degree holders in Management ,Accounting and Business administration and related fields.
