**Open Innovation Internship - BOOM**
The person will work within BOOM, the knowledge and innovation hub of CRIF. Our mission is to build the skills of tomorrow through shared learning, agile innovation, and the creation of new projects to foster growth and future business.
You will have the chance to see first-hand open innovation management and to support BOOM's Innovation unit in the delivery of it's projects and services towards startups and corporates.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Facilitate open innovation programs, supporting their coordination and execution. This may involve assisting in the development of program materials, coordinating workshops or training sessions, and helping to create a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing.
- Assist the orchestration of open innovation initiatives. This will involve engaging with external stakeholders, assisting in organizing innovation challenges, while also providing logístical support and ensuring smooth program execution.
- Support with the management of the startup community. The intern will support the growth and engagement of the, and will assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities.

- Strong communication, analysis and research skills;
- Team working, organization and time management skills, as well as attention to detail;
- Techy-business mindset, enthusiast for new technologies, innovation, and the startup world;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT
- Degree in Economics, Innovation Management, Engineering, Computer Science or other related areas
- Italian and English fluent (mandatory)
