____ THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are recruiting for a talented Associate Team Leader/Team Leader.
These positions offer excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience in quantitatively intense areas, particularly though not exclusively within financial services.

There will be opportunities to travel with a mix of around 50% of time spent on client site vs off site, though individual needs will be considered when staffing offsite vs onsite roles.

____ YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE Associate Team Leader - At least 3 years of previous working experience.Team Leader - At least 5 years of previous working experience.Desirable previous experience in specialized consulting firms or banking and financial institutions, with content in one or more of the following areas: credit risk measurement (e.g.
Probability of Default, Loss Given Default, Exposure at Default), stress testing, financial modeling, RWA calculations, credit portfolio modeling.Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
Ideally Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or Engineering.Strong analysis, documentation, and communication skills.Experience in using advanced analytics and data manipulation software - R, Python, SAS, SQL, or Matlab.Work effectively and collaboratively in a team.Be independent and work under limited supervision respecting defined timelines.Present results effectively, highlighting potential issues and implications.Excellent command of the Italian and English language (verbal and written).Ability to manage a demanding work volume and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.Willingness to travel regularly.
