As an Event Manager, you are passionate about realizing exceptional events for our guests.
Your responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of event operations, from the first contact with the guest to the final follow up.
Managing the team, ensuring everyone is well-trained and motivated.
Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and maintenance of all conference spaces and breakout areas.
Coordinating with the event department at the Head office.
Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
Being proactive in looking for new opportunities of business.
Ensuring a good relationship is maintained between the departments of the hotel.
Delivering prompt and efficient service that maintains the highest standards while adding a touch of warmth.
