JOB PURPOSE You support the Stock Referent in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for the care of the product. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines. Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing efficiency. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines. Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels. Prepare the flow of damaged products, not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment ), and products under repair. Organize the Packaging and Stationery physically and in the IT systems. Organize the Display objects system. Participate in the correct management of Uniforms flow. Participate in the correct management of Gifts flow. Correctly protect and package the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments. Ensure that company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced. Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives. Manage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system. Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting company timing. Support the management of warehouse activities related to sales. Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse. Support the Stock Referent in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager). Support Client Advisors in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed. Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used. Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis. Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines, and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Similar 4-5 year experience in this role, preferably in the Luxury/Fashion industry. Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable. High sense of responsibility.
