Hybrid Job Description The Medical Sales Representative promotes medical products to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits and features of these products.
They build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they stay informed about new products and industry trends.
The role involves extensive travel and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunity through promotion of technical and/or nontechnical products to healthcare providers, hospitals and private clinics.Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.Implement and execute Sales / Direct Sales processes and policies ensuring product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and logistics to ensure seamless service to HCP.Maintain or build relationships with present, new and future Stakeholders.Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical area with focus on dermatology or other therapeutic area is highly valued.
