Technical skills
Knowledge of production processes related to electromechanical / hydraulic products or sytems assembly and testing.
Knowledge of mechanical & electrical assembly component and products.
Knowledge and ability to read a mechanical technical drawing and electrical scheme( assembly and component)
Knowledge and capapility to use dimensional measurement tools, crimping and torquening tools
Knowledge of machining ( lathe and mill traditional)
Knowledge of Windows Office package, SAP
Knowledge of line balancing and workstation layout definition
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Operational/Leadership skills
Being a leadership resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice
Constantly seek the QCD performance improvement proposing with his team
Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between workers
Spreadbest environmental and EHS practices in the team
Constantly working for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry programs
Operational tasks and responsibilities for the role:
Production Daily activities Organization in compliance with the production plan defined by the head of the Manufacturing area, in line with the delivery needs of the projects, respecting the levels of quality, costs and timing defined at the company level.
Responsible for the health and safety of workers within their area.
He Manages and develops the skills of his team.
He supports product industrialization in term of return of experience concerning process, tools, allocated time and improvements.
Setting high standards to reach production goals, ensuring that higher quantities produced do not compromise quality.
If defects are discovered in products, it's the Team Leader's responsibility to come up with solutions
Make sure that all product specifications and manufacturing procedures comply with regulations
