Focus is on the design of the chemical e thermal treatment sections of Coil Coating Lines, filtration and fume treatment of the rolling oil for aluminum mills. The job includes the process definition, development of basic P&IDs with component sizing, development of the mechanical basic design of the systems, layout development, coordination/check of the detail design activity as well as suppliers of E-Packages. Due to the introduction of new "green regulations" in the next few years, it is expected a fast development of the technologies on CCLs paints that requires a complete review of the CCLs process section.The candidate to this position must have the theoretical background and innovation mentality and capability to support these new development. One of these is the electron beam technology.
• Develop CCLs Process Section P&IDs• Develop Thermal Treatment Mechanical Basic Design• Develop specifications for E packages• Manage external design offices
• Mechanical, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering Degree• Given the peculiarity of the job, the candidate will have to grow mostly of his experience within our organization. Nevertheless it is required a minimum of (5) years experience preferably with a mix of process and mechanical design and coordination with external suppliers• Good knowledge of CAD 2D and 3D programs (Autocad Mechanical, Inventor etc).• Thermal and Chemical processes basic knowledge• Basic aero-fluid dynamics knowledge
Soft Skills• Team Working, and capability of coordination of external designers.• Problem solving attitude, and ability to solve tasks autonomously.• Good level of written and spoken English• Availability for world-wide business trips.
