We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.
As a Materials Planning & Execution Specialist, you will ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support the production plan.
You will work to resolve Materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.
**Essential responsibilities**
- Analyze customer demand and plan production
- Support in the management of production planning
- Drive the priorities of production support bodies
- Ensure operational alignment with the production plan and KPIs
- Optimize inventory and improve WIP management processes
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers and using this understanding to advance their work
- In-depth understanding of how the work of one's team integrates with that of other teams and contributes to the achievement of the set targets
- Analyze transactional problems and have the ability to propose different solutions outside the standard parameters
- Have access to the technical skills and analytical thinking needed to solve problems
- Have the ability to involve multiple sources outside your team to arrive at decisions
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the planning and fulfillment role
- Previous experience in a similar role in a foundry is considered a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning software)
- Knowledge of planning
- Fluent Italian and English
- Work Visa is required, in accordance with local regulations
