As a Supply Chain Team Leader you will manage and coordinate planning and procurement activities for the Verbania Plant in terms of production rate, RM's/Intermediate & FG inventories, and services in order to meet Customer expectations.
You will support the EMEA SC Manager to develop the local supply chain and planning strategy in respect of costs and lean organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the PSO locally, manage capacity to consolidate and transform the profit plan and the 3 months rolling forecasts coming from sales into production plans for intermediates and Finished Goods
- Define planning / stock policy together with production cell
- Support SC Mgr.
& Plant Mgr.
to align capacity and inventory to meet demand within goals.
- Responsible for ERP conformity and accuracy of data, to ensure strong materials planning and inventory management to meet production requirements.
- Coordinate & manage a lean procurement of (raw) materials.
- Contribute to find solutions and develop standard methodologies to guarantee a real cost saving for supply chain activities.
- Work with Demand Management to manage current and future demand requirements in relation to both Verbania plant as well as Supplier capabilities and capacity to ensure smooth activities with Operations.
- Prepare/update data for weekly and monthly report for supply chain.
- Inventory management: Reach inventory targets and inventory turns, by developing and implementing specific action plans.
Follow the MRP standard methodologies controlling data accuracy in the system and regular updates of parameters (MTS/MTO, Production rules, Warehouse rules etc.
)
- Local Supply Chain project: implement locally European Supply Chain standard methodologies
- Team mentor: Define PLP and goals granting that a detailed engagement Plan is defined, shared, and implemented
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Engineering, Operations or equivalent degree.
- Strong learning experience on Supply Chain processes, including IT systems technology standards / possibilities (Oracle proficient knowledge would be a plus)
- Outstanding interpersonal with good relationship capabilities and strong communication skills
- Project management, problem solving, leadership & analytical skills
- Proficient use of MS Office and Excel
- Proficient English
