www.nttdata.com/itRESPONSIBILITIESLead the implementation of MarTech end-to-end solutions, which may include elements of MarTech Architecture and integrations, Marketing Data management, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation and CDPs (such as but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Adobe CDP, Oracle CDP).
Participate in proposal development, project planning and cost estimation.
Lead people, building trust, developing their skills and ensuring their growth.
As a leader, you will coach, mentor and support your team.
Grow your own technical expertise, keeping up to date with the most recent best practices and deepening your knowledge of MarTech Platforms such as Marketing Automation, CDPs and the overall MarTech stack.
Design innovative MarTech solutions based on the most current industry best practices to enable a memorable customer experience.Requirements7-10 years of professional experience in Digital Transformation and MarTech consulting at an established management consulting firm, digital agency and/or equivalent hands-on industry experience, preferably leading a small team.
Extensive Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with a MarTech stack, including Marketing Automation and CDP technologies and best practices.
Implemented, optimized or managed a MarTech stack, including Marketing Automation, CDPs and how they integrate with sales platforms and other solutions.
Gathered business requirements, documented them and led solutioning based on said requirements for MarTech Platforms.
Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable) SKILLS Demonstrable core consulting skills with a track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship development skills.
Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and architecture, requirements gathering, gap analysis, optimization.
Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments.
