Description
We seek a highly skilled and autonomous Marketing Specialist trainee to lead the marketing strategies for two innovative projects: Plantiverse , a plant-driven agricultural platform at TRL 6, and GreenEasy , a data-driven marketplace for plants. The role focuses on developing and implementing early adopter acquisition strategies for Plantiverse, targeting users interested in adopting cutting-edge technology to optimize agricultural practices. For GreenEasy, the role emphasizes building user engagement around selecting plants based on environmental suitability and phytoremediation benefits.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background :
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication, or a related field. Technical Skills : Demonstrate strong expertise in digital marketing , excluding social media marketing, focusing on SEO, SEM, and content strategy. Apply experience in early adopter acquisition , focusing on building communities of innovative users and creating targeted campaigns for early-stage technologies. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and optimize campaigns. Understand e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving traffic and conversions. Showcase experience with brand positioning and creating engaging content tailored to specific audiences. Language Requirement : Possess a good command of English for effective communication and content creation. Learning and Development : Show interest in sustainable agriculture , plant-driven technologies, and data-driven marketplaces. Develop, execute, and monitor early-stage marketing strategies for innovative tech solutions. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate effectively with technical teams, designers , and business development managers . Explain and present marketing strategies and results to stakeholders across departments. Daily Tasks : Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Plantiverse and GreenEasy, focusing on their unique environmental and practical benefits. Build and execute campaigns to acquire early adopters for Plantiverse, targeting innovative agricultural professionals, sustainability advocates, and research institutions. Create engaging content that highlights the scientific basis behind plant-driven technology and sustainable plant selection for different user groups. Execute campaigns to increase awareness and user engagement for the GreenEasy platform, emphasizing the cost-efficiency of plant selection and the environmental benefits of phytoremediation. Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns using data analytics to ensure goals are met and drive continuous improvement . Support the development of the brand identity for both projects, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials. Additional Information
