Rocket Lab has developed industry-leading mobile growth events, podcasts and content over the past 4 years. We're now looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to take these efforts to the next level. Within our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our marketing strategies. You will be in charge of organizing events with leads and clients, as well as managing industry sponsorships. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive growth and engagement.
This position is to handle Latam (MX, CL, CO, ARG, excluding BR) and emerging markets such as Spain, France, Italy, South Africa, and more to come! If you want to work in a dynamic and people-centric company with a great team of smart people, this position is for you.
ABOUT THE ROLE Work closely with the Head of Marketing in Rocket Lab (Spanish Market) on the strategy and positioning of Rocket Lab in the market to bring new leads leveraging on different paid and/or organic channels.Develop and execute Rocket's global event strategy and event calendar.Plan strategic online events and unique face-to-face experiences with prospects and clients to generate closeness and trigger sales and/or cross-selling conversations (coordinated with the Sales and Customer Success teams).Work together with the sales area to create high impact actions.Organize Rocket Lab podcast logistics in the office (photographers, gifts for the guests, brand presence).Adapt design templates: landing pages, email-marketing, online materials, and social networks.Participate in industry events that are key to position Rocket Lab to offer the value proposition for lead generation.Manage HubSpot, create landing pages to promote reports or events, create forms for the landing pages or for invites to events, and create and organize lists of clients and prospects for invitations to events and newsletters.Implement Account Based Marketing strategies to top prospects to accelerate new deals.Contribute to measure marketing impact in the sales lifecycle.Develop strategic touch points (experiential events) with prospects and clients that will translate into sales opportunities conversations.Work hand in hand with the Content Marketing Team to create relevant content for the industry and clients that will generate engagement.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3-4 years of experience in marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to have: experience managing HubSpot (email marketing, creation of lists, forms).Analytical profile will be valued (Reporting and presentation of results).WHAT WE OFFER: Contractor hiring model.Flexible hours.Work Balance Philosophy.Great work environment.If you want to develop in the mobile marketing industry, you are positive, proactive and passionate about technology, this is an opportunity that you cannot miss.
