**Marketing & Communications Assistant - permanent/full time**
**Main Tasks**
- Contents creation and distribution through the firm's internal and external communication channels
- Management of social media channels and support in updating the corporate website
- Support to initiatives resulting from partnerships with third parties
- Support to the local implementation of international projects launched by Linklaters Global
- Close coordination and regular interaction with the international network of the law firm
- Events support: ideation, onsite/virtual management and follow up activities in relation to marketing initiatives aligned to the strategy of the firm
- Pitching: document drafting, coordination with the local practices and with the network to deliver the final document
- Support in the submission drafting and finalization for the main legal directories
- Databases and archives management for the above relevant activities
**Desired skills and background**:
- University degree in Business Administration or Communication
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Being fluent in English
- Being skilled in standard Microsoft programmes, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Being highly familiar with the main Social Media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube )
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Being collaborative, cooperative and a team player
