Job DescriptionThe Marketing & Business Insight Manager, as part of the Strategic Marketing Team, is responsible for collecting, generating, and sharing insights that are critical to support business decisions.
Why should you apply? Conduct research and extract insight on markets, regions, products, competition, customers, and key external sources.Synthesize research findings and inform marketing, product, and sales teams so that they can make more informed decisions.Facilitate regional "customer pulse" meetings to share the latest insights (e.g., customer, competitors, market) with other regions.Partner with Portfolio Management and other internal functions to build business cases for new product development.Support sales and marketing Team for RFPs.Determine, calculate, and track marketing ROI/efficacy and other key metrics from each marketing function.Collect and synthesize customer or expert feedback (VoC, VoE) to finalize new projects or developments.QualificationsYour education is relevant to the role (e.g., economics, marketing, etc.).
You have proven experience in a similar role with an equivalent or similar level of responsibility.
