Main Activities And Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Build and execute social media strategy through continuous interaction with the partner agencies and the marketing teams. Be constantly updated on the latest social media trends and outcomes. LinkedIn & HR Projects: Running recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn in coordination with Air Dolomiti departments. Web Listening & Analytics: Utilizing social media analytics and monitoring tools to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement. Community Coordination: Collaborating with specific community groups (Cabin Crew, Pilots, Spotters) to foster strong relationships. Content Creation: Supporting photo and video shooting. Collaboration with Partners: Working with external and Group team partners to execute social projects and contribute to community impact. Event Coordination: Leading and supporting team events organized by the ENergy team, fostering team spirit and company culture. Key Requirements & Competencies Strong project management skills. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Passion for marketing and communication tools, with a focus on social media. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Excellent skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with monitoring and social media analytics tools. A strong understanding of community building and engagement.
