Join Starhotels and become part of the Maintenance Team as Repair and Maintenance Attendant at our Hotel Rosa Grand in the heart of Milan.
You will ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and accordingly to the hotels operating standards.

Your responsibilities include:
Promptly addressing inquiries across departments.
Executing maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, A/C) while prioritizing safety through proper PPE usage.
Collaborating with Housekeeping to efficiently prioritize maintenance assignments.
Implementing planned preventive maintenance programs, aligning with property needs.
Maintaining strong relationships with external contractors.
Adhering to Safety regulations, especially in storing hazardous substances. Exceed expectations revealing:

Proficient electrician skills and technical qualifications.
Plumbing expertise and qualifications will be considered a plus.
