Our Client is a recognized Distributor of software and IT solutions, part of an important international Group, that enables its customers to deliver excellent and profitable IT services to their end-customers.Within an important development plan of the Italian organization, we have been entrusted with the search of the:Main responsibilitiesThe MD will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the Company in Italy and will oversee the overall operations, ensuring alignment with the overarching mission and goals, leading the Management Team and ensuring efficiency, productivity and quality in service delivery.Have full P&L and commercial responsibility for the Italian market, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting;Build long-term and trusting relationships with partners, customers and other important stakeholders;Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and growth;Analyze relevant market trends for the value-added SW distribution market in Italy;Identify, initiate and manage large company projects related to growing the business in the market;Identify and analyze possible investment opportunities (e.g.
M&A, partnerships, etc.
);Ensure a positive work environment, maintain and enhance the company culture;Ensure the respect of company policies and legal guidelines.Candidate profileUniversity degree, preferably in business Economics, and fluent English;Sound experience in a similar role with full P&L responsibility in the IT industry (software distributors, vendors, resellers and MSPs) preferably from middle-sized companies characterized by a consulting approach aimed at bringing value to the customer;Experience in managing and implementing complex projects;Affinity and passion for IT, Technology, Software and innovation.
