In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Foster a collaborative and results-driven community environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Lifecycle Service teammates. Oversee the end-to-end proposal (& order) development process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements. Work closely with business development, sales, and subject matter experts to understand client needs and drive the lifecycle service sales community to tailor the proposals accordingly. Create and maintain proposal standards, outlines, schedules, and templates to streamline the proposal process. Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of proposals. Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify areas for development in proposal content and processes. Collaborate with the sales team to align proposals with client expectations and market trends. Maintain accurate records of proposal activities, including version control, feedback, and outcomes. Generate regular reports on proposal metrics, success rates, and areas for improvement. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation). Strong experience in proposal development, preferably in a leadership role. Strong project management competencies with the strength to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with various served industries and understanding of client needs. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments, excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
