As part of Louis Vuitton's Manager in Training (MIT) Program, you will embark upon a dynamic and in-depth journey of discovery through 4 rotations in different locations: Client advisor Journey, Retail Excellence Journey, Headquarters Immersion and Management Journey.


Welcome every Client and provide the best Client ExperienceAdvise Clients across the Brand and all product categoriesAct as a role model demonstrating sales leadershipEnsure business opportunities through efficient sales floor managementRetail Excellence Journey - approx. 3 months
Engage with Clients long-term relationships, leveraging clienteling toolsAssist Management in daily clienteling operationsUnderstand company's policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when neededHeadquarters Immersion (3 to 6 months) and Management Journey (approx. 6 months)
Be engaged in an Head Office project according to organization and business needsManage and motivate the team setting individual and team goalsIdentify, recruit and develop talents in collaboration with the Store ManagerProactively assess and manage performance and expectationsProfileAre you willing to build your future as a Manager?
